We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Worker to become a vital part of our Los Angeles, California operations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Your dedication to efficiency and accuracy will directly contribute to our logistics success and customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety procedures. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure the smooth and timely flow of inventory through our facility. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Support logistics and shipping operations as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
