Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.

- Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

- Oversee the **lifting** and movement of materials to ensure **safety** and efficiency.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of **safety** regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Commitment to providing and enforcing the use of **PPE**.
- Understanding of the physical demands, including **lifting**, within a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
