Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or discrepancies.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Perform **lifting** of products as needed during picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Support overall warehouse **logistics** and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is preferred.
- Ability to perform **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** practices.
- Commitment to wearing **PPE**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
