You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure efficiency and maintain a high standard of organization and **safety** throughout the warehouse. The role involves a significant amount of physical work, including **lifting** items weighing up to 50 pounds. Proper **PPE** is mandatory and will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are secure.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, keeping it tidy and accessible.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all **safety** regulations.
- Perform **lifting** of boxes and other materials as part of daily duties.
- Use provided **PPE** at all times during work shifts.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of **logistics** processes within the facility.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Capability to handle **lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and **logistics** principles.
- Strong commitment to **safety** and adherence to guidelines.
- Willingness to wear and use required **PPE**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
