We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials and products safely and efficiently. This is a critical position within our logistics network, directly impacting the flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities include inspecting forklift equipment daily, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering strictly to all safety regulations. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all forklift operators. You will be responsible for transporting materials to various departments, staging items for shipment, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics is highly desirable. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, and consistent lifting of items up to 60 lbs. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and offer ongoing training to ensure compliance with all safety standards. Accurate and timely movement of goods is crucial for our operations. The successful candidate will be a team player, willing to assist in other warehouse duties as needed.
