We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our logistics hub, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and orders are processed swiftly. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be paramount in this position. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting and be comfortable with physical tasks, including significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items.
- Ensure compliance with all PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
