We are seeking reliable Warehouse Workers to join our Durham, North Carolina team! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a range of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock. Your contribution is vital to ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. - Loading and unloading materials from trucks.
- Moving and organizing stock within the warehouse.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing items securely for shipment.
- Preparing outgoing shipments, including labeling.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area.
- Assisting with inventory counts and checks.
- Following all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Performing general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or labor role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
