We have an exciting opportunity for a Shipping Clerk at our busy Chicago, Illinois facility. This role is integral to our logistics chain, ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include accurately generating shipping labels, carefully packing products according to specifications, and performing quality checks before dispatch. You will be responsible for verifying order details against packed items and coordinating with shipping carriers to arrange pickups. Maintaining detailed shipping records and promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise are also key duties. A solid understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and warehouse logistics is required. We are committed to a safe work environment, and all employees must strictly follow safety regulations and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While the role does not involve extensive heavy lifting, dexterity and the ability to handle packages are necessary. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
