Our Baltimore, Maryland warehouse is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of our distribution center. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, and coordinating the workflow for receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will mentor and guide warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to all operational procedures and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management. You will be instrumental in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is essential, including enforcing the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and monitoring compliance with all safety regulations. The role involves some physical oversight and may require lifting at times. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.
