We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our energetic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will work within our warehouse environment, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. Key responsibilities include managing inventory within your work area, utilizing order fulfillment technology, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our logistics hub. A strong commitment to safety , attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout the warehouse. Experience with order picking systems and warehouse management software is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including some lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or a related warehouse role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse technology.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace safety and correct PPE usage.
