We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our thriving logistics team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and preparing orders for shipment. You will contribute directly to the efficiency of our supply chain, ensuring products move seamlessly through our facility. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict guidelines and consistently wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We value individuals who are reliable, proactive, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial, but we are committed to providing training to motivated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and operational excellence in logistics.
