We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our innovative warehouse facility in Sacramento, California. In this fast-paced role, you will be essential to the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from inventory based on order specifications and meticulously packing those items for safe transit. This position is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and delivery timelines. You will work with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment, utilizing various warehouse tools and systems to track inventory and manage orders. Maintaining a safe working environment is our top priority, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity for each order.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing areas.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
