Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations at our Sacramento, California facility. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse management and logistics. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating daily operations, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient workflow. Your role is critical in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will champion Safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and maintain high standards of performance within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.
  • Ensure all Safety regulations and procedures are followed by staff, including proper use of PPE.
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to warehouse staff.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in logistics and workflow.
  • Supervise tasks involving Lifting and movement of goods, ensuring proper techniques are used.
  • Maintain strong communication with other departments and external partners.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Safety and a strong understanding of PPE requirements.
  • Ability to manage teams and motivate staff.
  • Experience with tasks involving significant Lifting and material handling.
