Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and stocking incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory using our warehouse management system.
  • Pick customer orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy in item and quantity selection.
  • Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, minimizing damage during transit.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory control principles is a plus.
