*Position: Quality Assurance Analyst*

*MAIN FUNCTIONS*
*1. Organoleptically evaluate the compliance and conformity standards for eachproduct (SKU).*
*2. Understand the operation of process and laboratory equipment.*
*3. Analyze and report FDM results.*
*4. Classify and report results by cheese batch and individual pieces.*
*5. Conduct shelf-life, functional, and organoleptic tests to determine and ensurethe optimal characteristics of each product.*
*6. Ensure that products meet the appropriate organoleptic and functional profilefor their classification.*
*7. Select the appropriate product profile for each classification.*
*8. Develop commercial profile guidelines.*
*9. Perform functionality tests.*
*10. Write reports and analyze data that will be used to interact with internal and external stakeholders as needed for decision-making.*
*11.-Logistics products *
Habilidades Especiales:
*- Cheesemonger with a minimum of 2 years of experience.*
*- Food Technician- Desirable experience in R&D of dairy products.*
*- Knowledge of sensory evaluation of food.- Sensory memory.*
*- Analytical and communication skills.*
*- Proactive.*
*- US citizen or resident.*
