About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, coaching and motivating a high‑performance team, and driving market expansion across key segments. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with a deep understanding of our industry, a passion for customer success, and the ability to translate vision into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in line with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation, closing, and post‑sales support.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and optimize team performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role in a relevant industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and solve problems proactively.
Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to building long‑term relationships and delivering value.
