The role Are you a technically minded problem solver who loves working directly with customers to design and deliver impactful IT solutions?
We're looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join a growing Managed Services Provider, helping organisations modernise, secure, and optimise their IT environments.
This role sits within a dynamic Project Delivery Team and blends customer engagement, solution design, and hands-on technical delivery. You'll act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders - auditing environments, uncovering opportunities, designing solutions, and supporting successful implementations.
What You'll Do
Conduct customer audits and discovery sessions (virtual or on-site) to assess infrastructure and understand business needs.
Translate findings into solution outlines, recommendations, and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams on project delivery - assisting with migrations, configurations, and reviews.
Document customer environments, update reports, and share insights with colleagues.
