Profile You graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and have significant experience within an Agile team. You strive to foster more effective, transparent, autonomous, and cohesive teams, enabling better outcomes, solutions, and products/services for customers. You are an effective communicator (especially in conflict situations), a team‑player, technologically savvy, convincing, persuasive, resourceful, structured, dynamic, and meticulous. Competencies Trainer – able to deliver proper training sessions on principles, practices or tools. Consultant – able to provide turnkey solutions to problems. Expertise in XP, Scrum, Kanban, Software Craftsmanship, change management, Management 3.0, coaching and systemic analysis. In,所以 deep knowledge of Agile practices, Lean methodologies, project management and associated tools. Facilitator of meetings, workshops and training sessions – both in French and in English. Ability to share with people from different jobs and backgrounds. Knowledge in software development and digital transformation. Adaptability to changing environments. Responsibilities Define the scope and goals of coaching with managers and teams. Train teams in Agile methodologies according to their context. Introduce Agile to new teams, facilitating context‑relevant practices. Drive teams process by facilitating events/ceremonies and Agile workshops to become self‑organised. Set up an environment where trust and transparency are key pillars.
