consultative, results‑driven Inside Sales Executive
to play a key role in our continued success.

As an
Inside Sales Executive , you’ll work with existing Citation clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend the right mix of services to support their growth.
This is a
consultative, relationship‑led sales role , focused on
cross‑selling and upselling,
Your success will come from strengthening relationships, increasing account value, and helping clients thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with existing clients to identify current and future needs
Cross‑sell and upsell relevant Citation services and solutions
Deliver compelling sales conversations and confidently handle objections
Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What You Bring:
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Confidence in consultative selling and objection handling
A resilient, target‑driven, and client‑focused mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
