*Job Summary*
We are seeking a *dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist* to join our growing practice on a *part-time basis (1–2 days per week)*. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically confident, and enjoys working with families of all ages. You will provide comprehensive dental care while collaborating with an experienced, friendly, and highly organized team.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
* Perform general dentistry procedures, including:
* Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
* Restorations
* Extractions and basic oral surgery
* Diagnose dental conditions through clinical examination and radiographic interpretation
* Develop individualized, ethical treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
* Utilize dental CAD software for digital workflows, restorations, and prosthetics
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term oral health
* Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
* Uphold the clinic’s high standards for infection control, safety, and patient care
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry, digital workflows, and clinical best practices
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Valid dental license allowing independent practice in Ontario
* Experience or comfort treating pediatric patients is an asset
* Strong communication skills with a calm, professional, and empathetic approach
* Ability to work efficiently, ethically, and collaboratively within a team
