Fulltime Operations Supervisor

This is a  Full Time   position at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $2 4 hr with benefits including:

Pay: $24/hour

The  Operations   D ivision  is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced individual to join the team as a   full time Sr Supervisor . You will  oversee the   safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the  waterpark , and supervision of aquatics staff.

• Must be at least 21 years of age  

• 2 +   years   of Operations/Aquatics supervisory  experience or background  

• High School Diploma  or GED is  a must  

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills  

• Possess the ability to handle confidential information without divulging contents to peers and coworkers  

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure  

• Able to handle confidential information responsibly  

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills  

• Able to work flexible/rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays  

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time  

• E&A International Lifeguard Training Program® certification  

• ILTP® Instructor (must be obtained if hired)  

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent (must be obtained if hired)  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to work together and exceed expectations  

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
