Park Place Nursing & Rehab is currently seeking a *licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)* to join our dedicated team! We are looking for a compassionate, service-oriented professional with strong clinical and leadership skills to help support our residents' rehabilitation and recovery.
*Weekly Pay*
*Competitive Salary: Up to $120,000/year*
*$7,500 Sign-On Bonus!*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide occupational therapy services with a focus on geriatric care
* Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and speech therapists
* Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment for daily living
* Accurately document patient progress and maintain up-to-date medical records
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current and valid *Occupational Therapy license in the state of Georgia*
* Prior experience in a *skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting* preferred
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
* Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
