Clinical Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
* Provide general and restorative dentistry services.
* Ensure patient safety and comfort.
* Ensure proper functioning of all equipment.
* Assist in the training and supervision of dental assistants assigned to you.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
* Collaborate with team (including other providers) on complex cases and treatment planning.
* Refer internally to Dental Specialists and Oral Surgeons when appropriate.
* Provide clinical perspective on practice decisions, equipment purchases and service expansion opportunities.
* Model practice values and contribute to a positive team culture and staff engagement.
* Actively participate in monthly/quarterly practice meetings and company planning to support the growth and operational improvement of company.
* Actively participate in patient acquisition, marketing initiatives, and the development of referral practices to support practice growth and meet individual production targets.
Requirements:
* Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school.
* Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
* New graduates with exceptional skills will be considered.
* Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and the dental team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high ethical standards.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to the growth of a startup office.
