Role Description This is a full-time position for an IT Project Manager, operating on a hybrid model with a base in Leatherhead and flexibility for remote work. The IT Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project planning and delivery, managing stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Additional duties include resource coordination, risk mitigation, monitoring project progress, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements, and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management, Program Management, and Project Planning skills, with proven ability to manage resources and timelines effectively
Solid foundation in Information Technology with knowledge of cloud computing, VMware solutions, and IT infrastructure
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess project needs, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, presenting updates, and facilitating collaborative team environments
Relevant certifications, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or certifications in VMware or cloud-related technologies, are advantageous
Proven experience in a client-facing role; ability to build trust and maintain relationships with diverse team
