About the role: Reporting to the Senior Lead, Water Management, the Coordinator, Water Management is responsible for supporting site water management infrastructure, data collection & QA/QC, reporting requirements, and tracking of water Key Performance Indicators. You will be directly involved in both short and long-term water management strategies through integration with Mine Planning and maintaining, developing and executing water balance models To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, who can build and foster positive relationships with partners across all levels of our organization. In addition, strong problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are vital for this role You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a culture of open and early communication, meeting and resolving challenges before and as they arise.
