About the role: Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Excellence the Supervisor, Mobile Maintenance is responsible for all maintenance activities at multiple EVR operations. This position combines the responsibilities for all contractor trades, schedule execution, mine plan dates, project costs, continuous improvement, to ensure company standards are maintained. The position follows a 7x7 schedule rotation of day shifts To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills who can connect with personnel at all levels of our organization and specific vendors we partner with. This person has strong leadership skills, is passionate about continuous improvement, and can empower all relevant teams to accomplish Asset Delivery & Mine Plan objectives. The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and work well collaborating with all teams.
