Business, Architecture, or other relevant discipline.* Fluent English language skills.* 5+ years experience sales/business development in the architectural space, with background nurturing relationships at top architect firms; THIS IS REQUIRED* Strong organizational skills: proficient in CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) for tracking/details/follow-up.* Strategic mindset for long-term nurturing of major accounts, seeing value in meticulous detail; (not pushy/short-term), with experience respecting architects' design phases/timing (average 1.5-2 years per project).* Comfortable in high-growth environments with entrepreneurial elements (building as we go), but able to stay focused on long-term pipeline amid short-term team excitement.* Ability to work as part of an ambitious team, with a flexible attitude to tasks in support of other team members when required.* Based in southern or western Germany.
