At Phothera, we are advancing phototherapy to make people safer, healthier, and more productive. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders with a strong bias-for-action to accelerate adoption and growth. Provides administrative support to Phothera sales staff. Managing customer inquiries, process orders, and generate sales reports. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Providing sales support to assigned customer accounts. Responding to customer inquiries. Preparing quotations and entering customer orders and related work orders. Preparing shipping documents such as commercial invoice, letter of credit and packing list. Invoicing customer orders. Performing market research including seeking new distributors. Helping with trade show preparation and follow up. On occasion representing organization at trade shows. Coordinate with production to meet customer deadlines. Update and maintain distributor and home price guides. Translation from English to Spanish for sales material and product documentation. All other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities
None. Qualifications
Knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive approach toward problem-solving Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals Effective phone etiquette skills Ability to speak, read and interpret Spanish Education and/or Experience
High school diploma and 1-2 years' experience in a sales/customer service or office administrative role Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required Work Environment
Able to sit for extended periods of time Able to use a computer for extended periods of time Dedication To The Quality System
