Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Use RF scanners or other devices to track picked items.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking path.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper lifting and handling of goods, and use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counting as needed.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
- Report any stock discrepancies or picking issues to a supervisor.
