Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our logistics hub, involving a wide range of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for handling goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
  • Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanners and order lists.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, consolidating, and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (certification required).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all regulations.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and follow all safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to overall logistics success.
  • Report any operational issues, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervision.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and overtime.
