This position is integral to our daily operations, focusing on the efficient handling of goods within our warehouse. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Store and organize materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specific requirements.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring the security of goods.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the smooth flow of our logistics operations by performing duties efficiently.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Reliable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
