This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
