We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team in beautiful San Diego, California. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods, supporting our overall Logistics framework. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in physical inventory counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety rules and regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with Logistics principles is a plus.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
