We are looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our bustling warehouse operations in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking items for customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact our customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using voice-picking technology, RF scanners, or pick sheets.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Stage completed orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as trained.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
- Must be able to perform continuous Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entire shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Willingness to wear and utilize required PPE.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures is essential.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
