Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is vital to the efficient operation of our warehouse and the broader logistics chain. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be instrumental in handling a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will be part of a team committed to accuracy, efficiency, and most importantly, Safety. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and adherence to all safety guidelines is expected at all times. This physically demanding position requires the ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate basic warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment.
  • Stage outgoing shipments and assist with loading.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and protocols.
  • Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting devices.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.
  • Support overall logistics goals through efficient task completion.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Commitment to following Safety procedures and using PPE.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and logistics concepts.
