Our Distribution Center in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team! This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will work with a team to ensure that all goods are handled properly and that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting our overall logistics network. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the physical stamina required for warehouse duties. Experience with warehouse equipment and a willingness to learn are valuable. Your contributions will be key to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
- Perform tasks requiring lifting, pushing, and pulling of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles.
