We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in Boise, Idaho. This role is central to our warehouse operations and is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, forming a key link in our Logistics chain. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and then securely packaging them for shipment. Your attention to detail will be vital in minimizing errors and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, managing multiple orders and adhering to specific packing requirements. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, and contributing to the overall tidiness of the warehouse is expected. Our commitment to Safety is unwavering, and all employees are required to follow established safety protocols and use the designated PPE at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, and the Lifting of items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. - Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify product codes and quantities for accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Meet established productivity standards for picking and packing.
