Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents and quantities against documentation.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack items for customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets in logistics.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks consistently, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
