Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents and quantities against documentation.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack items for customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and staging.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets in logistics.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks consistently, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
