Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders for shipment. This position demands a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety. We expect all associates to utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety procedures diligently. Daily tasks may involve operating manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively is essential. You will be involved in receiving and putting away incoming inventory, as well as preparing outgoing shipments. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. The job requires significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key responsibility.
