You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves, verifying quantities, and preparing them for shipment. Careful packing to prevent damage during transit is essential. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse setting. Successful candidates will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to workplace Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for defects before packing.
- Carefully and efficiently pack orders to ensure product protection.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Operate scanning equipment for inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
