We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift Operator in Boise, Idaho. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving, locating, and verifying materials within our warehouse. Your skill in operating forklifts safely and efficiently is critical to our Logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods. You will play a key role in receiving, storing, and shipping processes, maintaining a high standard of productivity and Safety. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to operational excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Accurately stack and unstack pallets and materials.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently.
- Support the Logistics team with various warehouse tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of Safety and operational excellence.
This role requires demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting and the ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting. A comprehensive understanding of Logistics and warehouse Safety regulations is essential. We provide all necessary PPE and ongoing Safety training.
