- Operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) safely and proficiently to transport materials.
- Loading and unloading freight from delivery vehicles.
- Moving inventory to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
- Stacking and unstacking materials in designated locations.
- Performing daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring clear pathways.
- Strict adherence to all company Safety protocols and regulations.
- Proper use and care of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Working collaboratively with warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrable experience.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control practices.
- Excellent understanding of forklift Safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
