- Accurately picking products based on order requirements using scanners or paper pick lists.
- Selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verifying order details and product counts before packing.
- Applying shipping labels and ensuring all outgoing packages are correctly addressed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Meeting or exceeding daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhering to all warehouse Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned, including restocking and inventory support.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
