We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in sunny Miami, Florida! This role is essential to our efficient logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll contribute to the smooth flow of goods through our facility, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. - Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Storing and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Preparing shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required or provided).
- Conducting regular inventory checks and assisting with cycle counts.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Following all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting, up to 75 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- A commitment to following strict Safety protocols.
