Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology, including RF scanners, to manage inventory and fulfill orders. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential; you will be provided with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and undergo comprehensive training on our safety protocols. This position requires individuals who are physically fit, capable of regular lifting, and comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are picked and packed.
- Package orders securely and apply shipping labels.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
