Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Austin, Texas! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the seamless operation of our fulfillment center. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of order processing, from receiving incoming goods to accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This is a dynamic position within our logistics network, where efficiency and accuracy are key to success. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all products are stored correctly and accounted for. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and all employees are expected to follow strict protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, involving standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. We value teamwork and excellent communication skills, as you'll collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are most important. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and use mandatory PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
