We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will play an integral part in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping finished orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders with precision and efficiency. This is a fast-paced position that demands a high level of accuracy and a strong commitment to teamwork. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves frequent lifting and requires the ability to work effectively on your feet throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Perform kitting and assembly of products as needed.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues.
- Contribute to achieving departmental productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
