Join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Fulfillment Associate! In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will span order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, all within a fast-paced logistics environment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Your role is crucial to the success of our e-commerce operations. Strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and manifesting.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and any issues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform other fulfillment duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
