*What You’ll Do*
* Deliver direct patient care under the guidance of an RN.
* Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
* Monitor patient progress and share updates with the healthcare team.
* Provide education and support to patients and families.
* Collaborate with staff and ensure quality standards are met.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Active LPN license in good standing.
* Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Prior experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care a plus.
