About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and curious
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing commercial team.Your mission is to be the
first point of contact
for new inbound leads – engaging prospects, qualifying their needs, and ensuring every opportunity is directed to the right specialist or sales channel.
This is a key role at the front of our sales funnel: you’ll represent our brand with professionalism, ensure a great first experience for every prospect, and uncover wider opportunities within their business.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly
to inbound leads from web forms, campaigns, and partner referrals.
Qualify prospects
using clear criteria (company size, sector, certification needs, urgency, and buying stage).
Route leads
to the appropriate team – whether SME, Mid-Market, or Enterprise – based on product type and opportunity size.
Explore deeper opportunities
within the business (e.g., additional certifications, training, or related services).
Maintain accurate records
of all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring complete data capture and activity logging.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
to optimise lead flow and feedback on lead quality.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and event leads , ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Contribute ideas
to improve qualification frameworks, lead scoring, and customer experience.
About You
1–2 years’ experience in
sales development, lead qualification, or customer success
(B2B environment preferred).
Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with a professional and approachable tone.
Naturally curious and proactive; you enjoy understanding a prospect’s business and identifying ways to help.
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple conversations in a structured way.
Familiar with
HubSpot CRM
(or similar platforms).
Team player – comfortable collaborating across marketing, sales, and partnerships.

High-quality qualification and lead assignment accuracy.
Consistent discovery of additional opportunities per account.
Positive feedback from both prospects and internal stakeholders.
Contribution to improving conversion rates across the sales funnel.
